In November 2024, ISE presented itself at the EnergyDecentral Hanoverthe leading trade fair for energy supply, with a focus on sustainable energy projects. Our participation underlined our commitment to innovative solutions in the field of renewable energies.
From January 29 to 30, 2025, ISE was also present at the Solar Solutions Leipzig one of the most important events in the photovoltaic industry in Germany. Despite the short duration of the trade fair, our team was able to make valuable contacts and initiate new PV projects. With a prominent exhibition stand, we presented our services in the areas of Photovoltaic installation, maintenance and cleaning to a broad specialist audience.
We were particularly pleased to receive numerous qualified inquiries and hold specific discussions with suppliers, wholesalers and service providers in the solar industry. Our network expansion enabled us to exchange ideas with existing project partners, optimize current PV projects and plan new collaborations. With this successful trade fair appearance, ISE got the year off to a strong start and further strengthened its market position in the photovoltaic sector.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the acquisition of Startime Services GmbH by our parent company Industrieservice Europa (ISE). Startime is an established service provider with over 20 years of experience in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the Vorderpfalz and Baden-Württemberg. The company brings in-depth expertise in the automotive, pharmaceutical and renewable energy sectors, which fits perfectly with our existing range of services.
This strategic acquisition enables us to further develop our concept of employee leasing and offer additional specialized staffing solutions. Thanks to Startime's strong regional network, we can further increase our reach and the quality of our services. The aim is not only to increase our market share, but also to meet the increasing demands of our customers.
