Sylda solar park
990 kWp (1st BA), 330 kWp (2nd BA)
2024 (1st construction phase), summer 2025 (2nd construction phase)
20 years with 2 x 5-year extension option
Remaining work regarding grid connection
The ground-mounted photovoltaic system in Sylda is being realized in two construction phases. The first section with 990 kWp was put into operation in 2024. The second phase with an additional 330 kWp will be implemented in summer 2025. The plant was built on an area previously used as a rubble dump and thus supports sustainable energy supply.

Ground-mounted system & rooftop system Brieskow-Finkenheerd
Ground-mounted system & rooftop system
Approval procedure underway, observe environmental/species protection requirements
This large-scale solar project comprises a ground-mounted system with 9.0 MWp and roof-mounted systems with 500 kWp. Work is underway as part of the approval process, whereby environmental and species protection requirements must be taken into account. Protected salamander species were found on the property, which will have to be temporarily captured and relocated to another property. Due to the legal requirements and the ongoing approval process, we expect the project to be ready for construction at the end of the third quarter of 2025. Commissioning is planned for mid-2026.

Roof system Möckern
20 years with 2 x 5-year extension option
Roof renovation completed, installation of PV modules to follow
The roof renovation due to asbestos-containing materials has almost been completed. Now the modules and inverters will be installed before the grid connection is realized.

Roof system Lindwedel
Roof system on indoor riding arena
20 years with 2 x 5-year extension option
Coordination process with authorities for grid connection
This PV system is being installed on an indoor riding arena. The modules and inverters have already been installed. The grid connection is being planned, as the cable routing must be coordinated with the authorities.

Roof system Gelsenkirchen
Roof system on equestrian farm
20 years with 2 x 5-year extension option
Grid connection application submitted, no roof renovation necessary
The planned PV system on an equestrian farm in Gelsenkirchen will be able to feed directly into the low-voltage grid. The grid connection application has been submitted so that the project can be implemented in the first half of 2025.

Roof system Billroda
20 years with 2 x 5-year extension option
Remaining work regarding grid connection
The rooftop system in Billroda with 116.2 kWp was successfully put into operation. Final grid connection work is currently underway to enable full feed-in.

Rooftop system Rochau
952 kWp + planned 400 kWp (2nd BA)
Completed (1st BA), 2025 (2nd BA)
20 years with 2 x 5-year extension option
Remaining work regarding grid connection
The rooftop PV system in Rochau with an output of 952 kWp has been installed on the DC side, the transformer station still needs to be relocated and the remaining work for the grid connection is still to be completed. An expansion of 400 kWp on unused roof areas is planned for 2025.

Rooftop system Kassel
Roof system on company building
20 years with 2 x 5-year extension option
Remaining work regarding grid connection
The PV system on a company building in Kassel achieves a total output of 1,713 kWp. The EEG commissioning was successful, the transformers and the transfer station were delivered at the end of January 2025 and installed and wired in February. Final grid connection work is currently being carried out with Städtische Werke Kassel to ensure feed-in to the electricity grid.
